Part One: Identifying your Values

In the first two weeks of the course, we'll begin by exploring the concept of values and their importance in defining our purpose and guiding our decisions. We'll take a deep dive into understanding what values are, how they are formed, and how they influence our behavior and attitudes.

Through various exercises and activities, you'll have the opportunity to identify your own core values and understand how they relate to your life goals and priorities. By the end of these two weeks, you'll have a clear understanding of your personal values and how they can serve as a compass to help you make more purposeful and meaningful choices in your life.
